Mehmet Balkaya's emails are NOT from Turkey as she claims.

She has contacted us five times since July asking a simple question but offering no personal information. She claimed to already be here in October and now says she is arriving in a couple of weeks.

The school she is supposed to be attending is a social services agency for local residents and not an ESL school.
