Motivational tip for student when feeling down
Whenever you feel down due to exam pressure or low grades and don't feel like studying. Just follow these steps to feel motivated:
1. Just close your eyes and tap your middle and index finger on your chest and affirm: “I will achieve (your goal) no matter what”. Just say it whenever you feel down.
2. Now the next step is to tell yourself this famous quote from Mohammad Ali: "I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.'
It generates a positive vibe inside and motivates me to keep going forward.
