So here are steps to self-motivate yourself:
1. Close your eyes and I tap your middle and index finger on the chest and affirm: “I will become (my goal) no matter what. Say it whenever you feel down.
2. Now the next step is to tell this famous quote of Mohammad Ali:
"I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion."
It generates a positive vibe inside and keeps you going forward.
