Popping out of Mom.
"Pop goes the weasel."
Pop 'n' pizza 'n' pop music 'n' popcorn.
Pop 'n' Mom see me off to college.
Pop the Champagne: Graduation!
Pop into bed. Oops we're married.
Pop the corks again: a healthy baby!
Popping off to the country club.
Popping off to sleep.
Pop goes my heart again.
Pop me in a casket.
Will any one remember Pop?

I used this poem with ESL university students and they enjoyed the many uses of pop, the contractions, synonyms and homonyms and the linear arrangement of events in A Life.
