There are a few schools that are in need of teachers and will hire non-native speakers. However, it will be very difficult to process everything such as your visa because the government now likes to see copies of all those things like degrees and teaching certificates. But, of course there is always the opportunity. But, it won't be worth it, I doubt they will pay you a good salary.

Trust me, you can make almost 3 to 4 times as much money doing something with computers in China. There are many joint-ventures in the big cities. So you would be highly respected for your expertise in computers, you would be paid a very good salary, you would be able to live in China and experience the culture, and you would be able to work with many different and interesting people. Trust me, most of the people on this website would rather be making 14,000 RMB per month as a computer technician than teaching English to children for 5000 RMB per month.
