Sure, but you never did and never will!
Yes, it is horrible when Americans try to sound like Brits and vice versa, we are guilty of doing that in our Hollywood films, and even the famous show friends. But, it is just for ENTERTAINMENT purposes, not for learning English.(this was never the purpose or statement I made, good job on going off topic)
Da Shan teaches people to speak basic and intermediate Chinese for practical use. He tries to break it down into terms a foreigner can easily understand. But, even Da Shan uses native Chinese speakers in his TV program. (so your point has been made invalid)
And Da Shan uses non-native Chinese speakers, too! So, what are you trying to prove, Mr. Muddlehead?
Actually Chinglish comes from people who don't know enough English and try to speak words that are too difficult for their level or thanks to their Chinese teachers, their horrible pronunciation has been passed down to them. That is why the business of the foreigners is so big, because people want to speak English and speak it well. Chinglish can't be corrected by having a class with a foreigner once per week. It will take many months of hard work and dedication.
Chinglish comes from getting students to mimic accents and words out of context. Native speakers might have taught words and phrases but not where and how they should be used. This is why GOOD teachers are needed, not merely white, 'native', or what have you!
