It's always a good idea to find out why your students are learning English - what are their needs.
The more you can find out about their needs the better your chance of satisfying them.

Marketing speak perhaps but I presume he will be a paying customer.
Does he have exams to pass - what are they? what does he need to know for them? etc. etc.
Once you know what he needs to learn the web is full of free material that will help you with teaching him.
