I graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University www.mgpu.ru (2005-2010), specializing in English and German philology.

Work experience:

From September 2009 – till July 2011 I worked at school ¹1158 sch1158.mskobr.ru as an English teacher.
During this period I’ve developed and successfully completed two-year innovation program with my pupils. I always created presentations as an additional material to EB and WB. My pupils had very high exam results. My English level - Advansed.

Since Aril, 2013 I’ve been working at SAP CIS www.sap.com, in Moscow department.
I work in Natural Resources Cluster I, including Oil&Gas, Metal&Mining and Chemicals areas.
I'm responsible for providing the General Manager and his leadership team with a high standard of support including:
- Customer Marketing support:
Organization of all the reference visits of the Key Customers abroad, caring both: the agenda of the trip and financial & documentary issues. I’m in charge of preparing all the travel arrangements, workshops and speakers, venue location, transportation and planning the entertainment program. Besides that, I closely work with vendors, starting the process from SAP systems in GPO, compliance and legal departments and finishing it with financial reports.
- Corporate support:
Setting up all corporate Cluster Events from the strategy till the execution process, including All Hands cluster meetings, strategy workshops, Q-ends and yearly entertainment evenings.
- Employees education support:
Taking care of the organization of strategy trainings, legal & compliance workshops.

My key achievements are: more than 15 successfully held Key Customer Events, 5 Corporate Events and some workshops.

- Administrative support:
- Implementation of corporate policies and procedures, as directed;
- maintaining appointment calendar, organizing and managing internal and customer meetings, calls and video conferences;
- Making travel arrangements (visa support, booking tickets and hotels, transfers, managing expense reports);
- Assuming full responsibility for all administrative duties ensuring professional and timely execution of all tasks.
- Preparing analytical reports, contracts and records;
- Coordination of documents flow;
- Prioritizing any incoming correspondence such as e-mails, phone messages, and meeting requests;
- Dealing with confidential and sensitive information in relation to the operational running of the company;

From August 2011 – till February 2013 I worked at International Internet Project Wantbook. (www.wantbook.com).
Being the second manager of the leadership team, I was responsible for:
- Making analytical reports of competitive landscape, paying attention to different aspects: business idea, targeted audience and ways of its attraction and keeping; development path, key services and usability.
- Creating business plan for the project and update of it according to the competitive landscape analytical conclusions.
- Creating prototypes of all the pages in Power Point.
- Technical design specification for designers.
- Requirements definition for program specialists.
- Managing of planning process and timely execution of all tasks by all the team.

My key achievements were successful start of first release of the project.
