• Human Resource Director, Head of Foreign Teacher, Kindergarten Director, General English Program Director

Interviewed candidates for Teacher Assistant positions, Managed Supervisor of Teacher Assistants, Tested and interviewed foreign teachers for positions at the GEP location. Designed the nanny uniform with the assistance of the principal. Implemented new policies and regulations such as the, “On Time Program” and the “Quarterly Monthly Salary Review”.

Attended manager’s meetings every Monday from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM to discuss issues, resolutions, ideas and any new information which needed to be shared by management considering rules, policies, regulations and employees.

Taught children from 1 year old to 19 years old at two different locations with a total of approximately 30 teaching hours, not including preparation time for lesson planning.

GEP students were given weekly quizzes based upon the material learned during the week from the textbook and class lecture. These grades were recorded and added to their final mid-term score as 10% of their total grade.

Reviewed all Foreign teacher lesson plans and conducted a review both verbally, as well as, in a written memo on how to fill out the Lesson Plan Template designed by Principal Winner. In addition to completing 19 detailed lesson plans per week.

Edited the Khmer Moral Code by correcting a pre-edited version of the original Khmer Moral Code, adding and deleting articles as necessary with the principal’s assistance and approval.

Started an Employee Manual based on information provided by the principal and the necessities of the Kindergarten and GEP school including, Safety & Security, Dress Regulations, On Time Policy (including and example of the policy), Quarterly Evaluation, Safety and Inspection Regulations, etc…

Taught Marketing, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics to approximately 700 Chinese University students in China at the Weber University Campus location. Managed and instructed students about the basics of Marketing, including how to perform a SWAT, implement marketing projects, design logos and focusing on target markets.

Used real-world data within China to connect students to the basics of economics, focused on short-term and long-term budgets, reviewed entreprenurial basics of creating a business. Viewed the World Economics Summit in Beijing, China with short-term and long-term goals for China and various other countries.

Focused mainly on grammar, sentence structures, vocabulary pertaining to business in particularly along with pronunciation and writing. Songs were used to concentrate on phonics and intonation.

Hobbies and Special Interests

Creating businesses, TED.com, reading books on entrepreneurial adventures and success stories, reading books based on successful women such as Carly Fiorina – Touch Choices (current U.S. Presidential Candidate) or successful entrepreneurs like Donald Trump’s Think BIG and KICK ASS! (current U.S. Presidential Candidate).

As well, I like fictional writing such as The Prince of Tides by Pat Conroy and The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison. Reading is one of my greatest passions.

Watching documentaries and learning about new inventions that improve technology (3-D printing), watching movies which are inspirational and true stories, sharing ideas with people, walking along a beach, music (all kinds), dancing, singing, art and currently learning to read, write, speak and read Korean, Thai, Italian, Khmer and brush up on my Spanish.
Boats of any kind, sports cars, motorcycles, and the colors red, black and silver.
