A highly motivated and experienced teacher with two years of teaching experience in China, with practical experience in a number of schools, in China. My teaching philosophy is a child centered approach taking into account the Montessori methods and activities of teaching, where students come into direct contact with realia/objects linking it with phonics, forming basis for their spoken language. Language is learned in an environment where audio-visual materials aid the students’ innate language abilities and not forcing words down the throats of children and engaging in unnecessary recitations. With these techniques and skills, the stage is set for higher learning.
