I'm from Stockton, California, USA, 51 y/o and have been in the field of teaching and training for nearly 20 years. I have been successfully teaching English as a second language (ESL) for 15 years and IELTS Speaking for 9 years in adult, university, and corporate environments.

I also have experience as an instructor in the US military, a personnel manager in an online company, an independent corporate training contractor, a high school administrator, and guest lecturer, among other vocations.

In the area of education, have completed PhD Language Education units, an MA Teaching-English (TESOL), a Bachelor degree in Occupational Education (Corporate Training & Development), an MBA (Human Resources Management), a Master degree in Theology, and a PhD Christian Education.

To relax, I write about English and theological subjects with published articles in peer-reviewed journals.

I prefer 'online' positions for adult ESL teaching, but am willing to relocate for 'teacher-training' or 'managerial positions'.
