I posted a reply here, surprisingly all well educated teachers agreed with me but some “Merrycans” felt that I stepped on their tails, although it’s not their fault ,it’s the recruiter and “BOSS”.
When you see an ad asking you to be just American, no degree, no experience and you jump on it, I don’t think it’s your fault.
In the meanwhile I just smile when I read the horror stories about teaching in china posted by “Merrycans” and the “BOSS” pulling his hair out, I think they all deserve each other.
One thing is that Big China has realized this too so there’s gonna be soon a Bachelors Degree must, and then things will get better. ( cuz,gonna,sr8, these are called e-grammar words, in case you wonna learn some, send me an e-mail)
