Guys I have been in China not that long time ago. I also worked there as an English teacher. I am not a native speaker, but you know I had a legend, just like a spy: for my employers I was an American, from Chicago City and so on. Can you imagine, they believed me. They did not ask for my passport and you know why, because they knew they would not see what they wanted to see. All they needed was money, they cheated parents of children I cheated the kids, saying how it was beautiful to live in the USA. Not good, right? I hated it too, but I needed money and I tried to do my best so did the rest of my friends. I wrote this message just to say that a lot of employers don't care about who they hire, do not care about level of English. But they do understand everything and just make money.
