First i will tell you that, not all native speakers, speak or are able to teach english in China, same as; not all Non native spaekers are not able to teach english in China.
This is my 6th year in China as a non-native as you can call me if you want. i have my own english school and cooperating with a good english lady(FRIEND),
I have worked and employed some teachers from western Countries but they have failed to teach and some students maybe all could not understand the so called native speakers, still we had non-native speakers some were brilliant others tried their best yeah the faults of accents were there. but i will tell you guys there that, these Non-native speakers as you can call them never failed in Grammar, spellings and sentence structures not even in the what is need to teach english (ESL METHODS) they have geniun degrees not fake degrees from unknown universities, we shouldn't depress others because of where we come from. You can depress me or anyone else because of what you are (white, educated, black, smart,clever you can mention it)
