Krabi is one of the largest provinces in Thailand. Known for its steep limestone cliffs, caves, white beaches and blue waters, Krabi is fast becoming one of the most popular destinations in Thailand. Krabi comprises of scores of islands dotting the Andaman Sea.
The topography here is different to that of typical beach towns and there is a vast range of activities to do in Krabi. For people who prefer to be in the water, there is no better place than the shallow waters at the beaches of Krabi. The water is so clear and shallow; you can see right till the bottom of the ocean at all the beaches. The colourful fish and corals are a sight to behold and the experience is truly magical.There are hundreds of tour operators and diving agencies which can arrange for courses ranging from a day to a month. All rental boats have their own snorkelling gear available and one can virtually snorkel in any part of the ocean.
And last but not the least, for those who have ventured to Krabi to simply relax and unwind, the sun and sand is perfect to do so! Laze around all day at the beach or by the swimming pool and sip your cocktails.
