English schools in Latin America
Today the student body represents many different nationalities, of which fewer than 10% are U.S. citizens and more than 80% are Brazilian.
Almost all of our students go on to colleges and Universities in the U.S., Europe or Brazil.
Presently the school has thirty two classrooms, a Science Laboratory, an Audio Visual Room, Two Computer Centers, a Library, a Mini Theater, Faculty Resource Center, Infirmary, Cafeteria, Lunch Area, Covered Court, Administrative Offices, Board meeting room, Sports Fields, and Playgrounds.
The American School of Recife is an active member of the Association of American Schools of Brazil (AASB) and the Association of American Schools of South America (AASSA).
