Fun Ways To Learn Japanese-- Top 2 Sizzling Methods
By:David John

You've heard it before, Japanese is a difficult language to learn. I'm not going to dispute that, but there are ways to make learning Japanese fun and fast.

Here are the top 2 fun ways to learn Japanese.

1. Reading and Writing - Want to learn Japanese reading and writing in a flash?

Japanese has not one, not two, but three forms of writing. Katakana, Hiragana and Kanji. Katakana and Hiragana are similar to writing in most languages- a character represents a sound. Kanji, however, are different. These are imported Chinese characters that represent a meaning.

Learning Katakana and Hiragana is relatively easy and will make your pronunciation and understanding of Japanese much better.

To learn to read these characters all you need is a great flashcard program. One that challenges you. Using this method you will learn very quickly.

2. Vocabulary - This is as easy and fun as it gets

Imagine being able to learn and recall all the Japanese words you want without breaking a sweat! It's possible, and there is a simple method you need to follow.

Pick a word that you want to learn. For example, you want to learn the word for SMOKEY in Japanese. The word for SMOKEY in Japanese is kemutai (pronounced keh - moo - tie). Simply close your eyes for ten seconds and imagine smoke pouring out of your chemical tie.

Really concentrate on the image for the full ten seconds. Now remembering the word for SMOKEY should be simple. Imagine if you could do this with every word- the great thing is, you can.

Using these methods makes learning Japanese fun, fast and interesting.
