Travel, Teach, Live in Japan

What's the best way to find/get a non-teaching job in Japan?

I'll be graduating in May and I think I'd like to return to Japan to work (after having studied there for a semester). However, I'm not interested in becoming an English teacher (or any kind of teacher for that matter). It's just not something I feel comfortable doing.

I plan to request living abroad as I move through my career, but I'd like to see if I can get a head start now to retain my language skills.

So what do you think is the best way to search for or get a non-teaching job in Japan? Are there websites? Agencies to contact? I fully understand that it would be tough to find such a job, but I'm willing to search and compete. I'd just like a place to start. Thanks for your help!
