English schools in Europe
XIC was founded in 1994 to provide a quality education based on the English National Curriculum within an international environment. The school comprises primary and secondary sections ranging from nursery at 3 years of age, through to GCSE at 16 and to ‘A’ level at 18+. The natural progression in a family’s education can therefore take place with the least possible disruption.
The current role of approximately 320 students is made up of children of some twenty nationalities. We offer them a diverse education here at XIC. The college is fully authorised to admit students of all nationalities and to convalidate their studies in line with the Spanish Education System. Teaching the Spanish language and culture is an important part of the curriculum between the ages of 5 and 16 as well as to 'A' level. We are also committed to maintaining XIC's highly effective low teacher/pupil ratio.
