Yes this is also true with American Educational Services (AES, the parent company or their schools Aston English and Future English. The newer schools cannot apply for "Z?visa so they will either tell you to work under a "F?(which is illegal) visa or apply in another province for a "Z?visa (which is illegal too). Many provinces are cracking down on this now too. They will get you a Foreign Experts Cert. either which is needed. Yes the pay is ok, the hours are long on the weekend and most franchises are a real pain to work for. Then there is the prorating of your salary if they do not give you your required hours stated in your contract. Oh joy!
