The school will enable Korean students of English to further advance their fluency and overall competency in English in all 4 areas of speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

They will achieve these goals in a live-in setting where they will receive one-on-one teaching by only the very best Filipino English teachers possessing the highest order of fluency in English who have studied English at university-level, and who also possess proper teaching qualifications.

All Filipinos can speak and understand English, and many go on to advance their fluency to the point where, to all intents and purposes, they are on level-pegging with Native English speakers from the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and NZ. It is from this latter group of Filipinos that our one-on-one Filipino teachers will be drawn.

In addition to the one-on-one teaching by the Filipino teachers, there will be regular daily classes in English delivered by the Native English owner-managers of the school. This will ensure that the students have regular daily contact with Native English speakers from the well-recognised Native English Speaking Nations of Canada and Australia.

The one-on-one teaching method enables each student to learn English at his own level of competency (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), so that the student will progress at a much faster rate than by the normal method of only attending full classes of 10 or more students. The student is guaranteed to be able to obtain several hours of actual one-on-one contact with an English teacher each day.

Living and studying in Baguio City will enable the Korean students to practice their English every time they go out in the town to relax and enjoy the many activities which are available in the town centre, as the only language in which they will be able to communicate with the local Filipino shop-keepers and service providers will be English.

The monthly fee payable by each Korean student attending at our school shall cover the monthly cost of all of the following:

1. All English lessons, including classes and one-on-one teaching;

2. All English lesson material;

3. Live-in accommodation: students will live-in at their learning facility; and

4. All meals: a full Korean cuisine shall be provided to satisfy the Korean students' requirement for Korean-style food.

In addition, we shall, at no extra charge, arrange for the following:

5. Pick-up of Korean Students on arrival at Baguio Airport; and

6. Delivery of Korean Students to Baguio Airport on their departure.

The Korean Students shall, of course, be responsible for meeting the cost of their flights to and from Baguio City and The Philippines.

We invite all ESL agents to promote the availability of our Native English-run-and-managed Canadian-Australian English Language Institute for Korean Students to all interested parties, including, inter alia, all Korean students wishing to advance their English fluency and overall competence in English, and all ESL Schools in Korea (sister-school arrangements are invited). A COMMISSION WILL BE PAID FOR EACH KOREAN STUDENT, AND KOREAN SISTER-SCHOOL, sourced by an agent, and this fee will be negotiated between the agent and our school, and payable to such agent upon the arrival of the student at our school in Baguio City. The AMOUNT OF COMMISSION PAID FOR EACH STUDENT WILL MATCH OR EXCEED THE HIGHEST RATE OF COMMISSION PAID TO AN AGENT BY ANY OTHER SCHOOL IN BAGUIO CITY.
